Mr Price Blastbeat is an award winning multi-disciplinary International Social Enterprise & Music Business programme and competition for second level or High Schools. Mr Price Blastbeat has Music as its core product and also its hook, as music and multimedia is a key interest for the majority of teenagers. Pupils from each of the schools will form their own Music & Multi media Company or MMC for short.

Programme Format

• Schools can choose to participate in one of the following two modules:
• Module 1: February - May
• Module 2: June - August
• Number of Schools: up to 15 per module (8 in Module 1| 7 in Module 2)
• Number of Provinces: 1 (Western Cape)
• Number of Events
• - Up to 30 School concerts, 5 Regional Finals, 1 National Final (May).
